We have had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects, including notable endeavors such as the Wio Bank HQ in Abu Dhabi, Smokd Eatery in Box Park and the delightful children’s boutique Le Petit Marche. Our portfolio extends beyond commercial spaces, as we have successfully completed numerous residential projects, adding our unique touch to homes creating spaces that reflect the individuality of our clients and incorporating Feng Shui principles. Additionally, we bring our expertise in property styling to assist in marketing and enhancing properties for rent or sale. Our team understands the importance of creating inviting, aesthetically pleasing environments that can truly make a difference in real estate. From the very inception it was clear that Sameera and her team knew what they were doing. Once the brief was shared the process that followed was seamless, we were given a proposal and timelines.
What we liked the most was the online design platform that allowed us to view the designs, approve or reject chosen products and alternatives were provided almost immediately.

As we were overseas we had to liaise with the team remotely and hence being precise and on time was vital, Studio Tsubi executed the project methodically. All we had to do was explain our requirements and then go on to approve products and layouts.

Sameera and the team at Studio Tsubi thought of every single little item and we simply had to bring our bags and move in. Everything was seamless and on time, which is a very rare quality in these times. Nada at studio Tsubi deserves a special mention for coordinating everything and doing an excellent job.
