HOME STYLING SERVICES

Are you in need of help navigating the local interiors industry, so that you can achieve your dream space?! We are here to help at Studio Tsubi, we offer three packages;

CONSULTATIONS

Timeline – as many hours as you like!

AED500 per hour (2 hr minimum for home visit)

Includes any tasks from the list below:

On-site consultation
Feng Shui consultation
Bespoke furniture design
Property styling
Researching products and suppliers
Proposing styling ideas
Private shopping
Sourcing with recommended suppliers
Advice and design of custom-made orders
Sourcing Art and prints

E-DESIGN/REMOTE DESIGN

Timeline: 4-5 weeks

Starting at AED 5000 per room

This is a great option if you want to keep design fees as low as possible, we will design the space for you and you will do the purchasing and execution yourself. This package includes:

Initial home visit
Measurements
Floor plan
Sourcing up to 25 products per space
Concept & 3D Moodboards (2 options per room)
One rounds of revisions
Full shopping list with product references
Email and Whatsapp support (weekdays between 9-5)

Not included: Project management, ordering and delivery of products, installation, Liaison with suppliers and contractors

COMPLETE PACKAGE

Timeline: 6-8 weeks

Starting at AED 9000 per room.

This involves everything that the remote design offers plus project management, ordering and delivery of products, installation and liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Two rounds of revisions
Sourcing & ordering

Extra mood board – AED600

PAYMENT

Payments are completed in 2 parts: 50% deposit at the start of the project + 50% before the final shopping list is provided (E-Design) or before sourcing starts (Complete package). For Consultations, the full hourly rate is to be paid before we can start. Bank transfers or cash payments accepted.
